Which server should I pick ( for 2000 concurrent visitors )

I am currently going to switch my $250+ server to a half price server but not sure how to choose as I am not good at these specs stuffs, but just basic information, I am running a big video site, peak time could go up to 2000+ concurrent visitors, running on nginx + a custom script. Videos is hosted on other servers, some of mine small servers so I don't get any load from it. At peak time 2000+ users concurrent, load average is only 0.50 / 0.70 / 0.70 to maximum 2.0 / 1.8 / 2.0+ . Was using this cpu :

So I saw these but some of it offers like nvme but it says game server lol.

Which one suits my site visitors ? As in it will load really fast together with nginx. Load is below 2+. But I need like 1tb storage only. It says 2x450gb that means 800gb round off after installing the os ? Or ? Can anyone advice on this ? Basically Two.

2) 2x450gb nvme how many storage space ?

Interesting as 2) lists NVMe, but that's not quoted earlier (unless I missed something). Be careful with NVMe as some are still running in SATA mode. You need to ask if they're directly connected to PCI express.
