in my whmcs it says:

and configure:

if I add it to cpanel:

I get the following error

No input file specified. or This file cannot be accessed directly

Can you confirm if the cron.php file is present in your account by firing the below command? Also, I suggest you should follow this documentation to set up an email piping.

the file is present

It is the same documentation that I followed.

The idea is for someone to send an email to [email protected]

and create a support ticket

For setup email pipe, correct task:
