Leaseweb vs Hetzner?

I was recommended by a person on the forum to Leaseweb and Hetzner hosting plans but I have not ever used both. Does anyone have experience with these providers? please give me your thoughts about them.

Unfortunately, there are no reviews for Hetzner Online or Leaseweb that I can find under "web hosting" and "web hosting reviews". There are only 8 threads there, which may be why Maxoq chose to write a new thread. Obviously, Maxoq, you know what I would recommend. If you don't get the information you're looking for here on ForumWeb.Hosting, you could simply try another forum like WHT or LET, or see what customers have been writing on social media. --Katie, Marketing, Hetzner Online

For me, I don't believe in reviews on forums until I use a hosting service to know if they are a good or bad provider.

Personally I have never used Leaseweb services, but I have two dedicated servers from Hetzner and I have tried their new public cloud services, and I'm pretty happy with them.

However, if it's pretty easy to compare services like VPS and dedicated servers by running some benchmark, it's not the same for shared hosting plan.

Hetzner is very good in server quality and uptime but the issue is very painful with Hetzner is that the make lot of issue and warning for any single spam and same time the get warning to closed and suspend all your server and services specially is not good for web hosting companies

Hi,
I am using both. My little experience is Worth support from Leaseweb UK Team.
One of my Dedicated Server gone offline 08th March 2021,
I have opened a ticket with the issue. Their support Team Replied me 2 times they are working with my issues.
5 hours passed. my server not online. I asked the via live chat, Their relied " The ticket is at the moment with the UK team, they do not work 24/7 so this will be dealt with during business hours tomorrow."
I think Data center support must be 24/7.
now 43 hours past, no replay from them.My decision now i will left Leaseweb Now.
