Can I run www with a sub domain name?

I created a sub domain name to test a website before publishing it to online. I could run http://mysubdomain.example.com but I could not run http://www.mysubdomain.example.com
Is it possible to run www with a sub domain name?

Yes, you can use www.sub.youdomain.tld. It require only to add the proper DNS records for www.sub.

You should create an A record for www.sub in the domain's DNS manager. It should point into your server's IP address. It can be created just the same as any other subdomain.

yeah. you just have to point the A record to you servers Ip address. You can try to ask help from you hosting provider on how to do that since there are many ways on how to process it. propagation time is 2-4 hours after you updated it.

Yes, you can use the www with the sub-domain. You will need to add the entry of the sub-domain with the www in vhost.conf file. Once done then add the A entry for the www.subdomain name.

Allow 4 to 8 hours for the domain propagation.

yes sure you can use anything that suits you if that is not already soldout .
www.sudomain.XXX.com It depends what you want to replace XXX just think anything that sounds good and mostly used by people.

Definitely, you can use a sub domain with www, you just need to create DNS A record for the www i.e "www.mysubdomain" point to server IP after allow only few minutes to propagate and you are good to go!
