PayPal Permanently Limited? What Are My Options?

I have been limited permanently by PayPal for unusual account activity just recently. Considering it is PayPal, they never tell you the exact reason why they limit me. I tried calling them, but they kept giving me the run around and stating unusual activity when in fact nothing of my transactions or activity differed at all.

Now my question is, is it possible to ever use PayPal again? Has anyone got a permanently limited PayPal reinstated?
Has anyone been able to create a new account without being limited?

I mean I found this: http://www.slideshare.net/AuctionEssistance/ebay-incognitostealth and it says you can create a new account, but am afraid if I get caught, I am stuck in the same position.

Any help would be appreciated.

Good question, and I am sorry you had this experience. Based on what PayPal has said in other instances when accounts were limited (for example I read their to response to a person whose account they closed because it was originally opened when they were under 18), it is difficult to get an existing account unlimited, but they treat new accounts like new customers (even if it is the same person) and thus you have an opportunity to forge a new history with them on the new account assuming you didn't do anything malicious or really bad on the previous account.

It is really sad that you have been limited and the implication is that you might not be able to use that account again.I will advice that you try opening another account so your transactions will not be halted,You can also try other payment processors.

Permanent with paypal means permanent,It's just the sad truth.
