How to start a decent YouTube channel to support affiliate marketing?

Hey guys,

So my question is basically have any of you created a successful affiliate marketing program? I was just thinking of starting a program via Amazon, ext. I've found one website called blog.vipon.com . I'm not in anyway promoting this site but this is just what I am wanting to use. Yet please assist me or give feedback as to how to be successful in affiliate marketing. Thanks can't wait to hear your responses!

Affiliate programme start when you going up 15.000 views, in your Youtube account see a notification where ask to activated google adsense, after that following the step.
At least one month ago, Youtube change policy because from partner receive a lot of problem and now for all affiliate it's really hard to earn
