Just like outbound links are links that go out from your site, outbound bandwidth is the data transmitted out from your server/account.

It's simply the amount of throughput to send data your hosting has. For example 100mps is about 12MB a second

Outbound or outgoing bandwidth is the data disseminated from your account over the internet.

Outbound means that it leaves the server and goes to the customer/enduser at hand. A example of this, is when someone downloads something off your server, loads a webpage off it, etc.Practically, all the amount of data that leaves from your PC/account.
