I am looking a wordpress hosting sites to create a new blog but i am confuse between ipage and bluehost.

Hello there,

I would go with bluehost because of their support. had a vps server with them about 4 years ago and everything was fine.

never tried ipage though

Pretty much any host can support you with a word press site. Is it that you, need special requirement with your word press such as high concurrent process, RAM, HDD or SDD space ? What is your site specs ?

Wordpress hosting is just a way to attract attentions from users, You should use a shared hosting plan, it is enough for your blogs.

What is confusing you should state it in your post as both companies are the same, big hosting companies, same prices, same resources for a blog, you may not like it that you could be on a server with hundreds of other sites but that is what you get at big companies... Let us know

I'm not recommending none of those because there are better alternatives out there. Let me point out a few decent alternatives:

A2hosting - not the most famous hosting provider, but proven to offer really fast hosting for WordPress, and their support team is really fast and available 24/7.

I am not wordpress hosting is better normal hosting but it is also a good host to try.
