Any thumbs up for malewarebytes here ;) but real time scanning is not included in the free version.
Don't forget about good old windows defender if using a PC, it,s surprisingly decent and also offers real time scanning.

Malwarebytes would be your best bet.

If I am using Kaspersky internet security, does it have any conflicts if I install these tools? and my anti virus program can work as an anti-spyware tool? I heard they recommend these tools but not sure it will be better than my anti virus software using on my PC.

I was using Malwarebytes myself but kept getting too many false positives so I had to ditch it. The thing is that it was flagging some Windows stuff as a positive and that kind of did it for me using them.

The only way to keep your computer clean against malware, spyware or any other threat, is to be careful when browsing on internet, to never download any applications or gaming torrents, and to always thinking twice before accepting everything during a program setup.
Because even with premium anti-virus or anti-malware, virus databases are not updated in real-time and bypassing an anti-virus is pretty easy with a file crypter.
And free softwares are almost all the time Freewares with several ads included, and will not protect your computer because the premium plans will not exist anymore.

gaming torrents? how can it affect to my PC? I used to use torrent software to download games from torrents sites?

Also, lock down your machine using Group Policy. This helps prevent malware from actually installing on your machine.
Where to lock down my PC using Group Policy? I am using Win 7 64 bit.

What anti virus software you are using on PC?
If it is a strong anti virus program, you don't need to use them, anti virus has already included malware tools built-in their software.

Windows Defender is as good if not better than the commercial products. But for on-site repairs Malwarebytes is a must for my toolbox, Zemana AntiMalware is another

I am using Malwarebytes anti malware. Apart from this I am not using any specific tool. I usually don't have the issues related to the spyware. Because I have AVG with those spyware related problems taken care of with it. So definitely using those two are more than enough for taking care of the problem. I have found that malwarebytes is more than enough for my case. I don't think all the desktop and laptop need every free product out there.

Malwarebytes attempts to detect and remove malicious worms, Trojans, rootkits, rogues, dialers and spyware that effect PCs. Rather than depend upon virus signatures typically used by other antivirus software.
