Banner ad is first step to attract people to purchase your hosting packages and you can find ad networks from Google ad, Social networks, forums or high traffic site.So,what is the contents you post for your Ad to make them attractive with viewers? a lower price, including discounts or an impressive title?

You got it all mate. I would consider these stuffs without a doubt; Attractive banners, lower price, unique features, special discounts, impressive title, reviews and so on..

Good point, to promote hosting offers online you need to have a good target, facebook groups can help too, dont forget to consider facebook ads and twitter ads..

I see banner ads from web hosting companies advertising on high traffic sites are working best. I often click on banner with good offer as low price and good specs. I also like choosing hosting from reading reviews from everyone used hosting companies

i would say go for Decent and affordable prices instead of cheap prices.

In regards to banner, it should be something clear with opposite colours used to attract the eyes of the viewer. The spam like ads which flash all over the page are no longer attracting viewers.

Keep in mind about the price, not everything is based on that. Yes, you can have a cheap price but your service doesn't back that up. You can have a bit more expensive price and your service backs that up if not even more. So, in the long run, prices do matter, but service and support are the main factors that a lot of people are looking for. Remember though, if you get a potential customer that wants to try your services but think the price is a bit high, then offer them a one time discount or even a free trial so they can see that your services are worth that price.

Have good reputation on forums. Works like a charm. No advertisement can match with that. Although SEO is by far the best way to attract viewers.

Reviews definitely helps. After seeing the banner ad with cool features, clickbait title, low rate and special discount, users go to reviews. they make actual research about the hosting company if the service is good, uptime and specs.

I believe everything you've all reiterated are significant information about attracting customers / creating traffic. I know that the effective ways would be using Social Media like Facebook ads. Aside from that one the most effective way that I see are Forums as well.
