I'm looking for some Do-Follow forums and blogs with High PR to get quality back-links for my website, please post all you know. At least with a PR of higher than 6 will be okay.

You are on a quality dofollow webmaster forum http://www.webmastersun.com, If you are looking for other dofollow forums that PR higher 6 then Google is your friend.

Try to search "Dofollow forums/blogs list" and you will find out more.

Just a big note, PR is not valuable at this time because Google stopped updating it since years ago.
