Please suggest some high pr classified sites where I can put my links.

Always keep in mind that Google is your friend!

If you do a search on search engines, you can find out tons of high pr classified sites where you can put your links there, but not sure it will bring you more benefits for your site.

The best sites to put your links in are directories. You can use a website called Directory Critic to find places where you can submit your links. Friendly advice, first check the directories for weird content (gambling, adult stuff) as it will affect your website. You can use bad neighborhood tool to check it.
