Tools or Ways to convert HTML template to Wordpress

Hello Guys,

Do you guys know of some tools or ways that they allow me to convert HTML template into Wordpress theme? I've heard of Theme framework before but never used it.
I was wondering if someone had successfully converted sites using such tools. Your help would be appreciated.

I am not sure if that was the resource I looked at when the ability first came out, but I heard that it did work well.
However, I never tried that in lieu of the ease of WP itself in recreating and improving upon my html concepts.

So I would really take a step back and see how to "recreate" your site's strong points with WP and simply re-express with WP without worrying about "converting" from the html.

Let it get redesigned in Wordpress. Shouldn't be expensive at all. Try PeoplePerHour.
