I have a client requesting me to build a fashion website for them. But the problem is they also required to drive traffic to it after done. I'm really trying to think of a ground breaking way to promote this fashion website and gain an exponentially increasing amount of traffic but I've never been in this niche before and looking for some advice.

Thanks guys!

I know that PINTEREST increases traffic using infographics and in your case - beautiful pictures. Give a Pinterest campaign heavy attention, set yourself up from the beginning for this so you can have your Pinterest account updated with your website.

First step can be PPC campaigns on Google, Bing and Facebook.
FB can be interesting in the fashion niche, if the products look good it can be very ingaging campaign.
Other then this blogger outreach can be very interesting, write to bloggers ask them to review the products, send them samples.

Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Those would be the quickest and cheapest ways if you can get shares, likes, and pins voluntarily. Groups on Facebook as well and even join in on discussions and meet new people to share your site and give your content shares.

Hey mrrightme,

I'm going to let you know how to drive traffic to a fashion website.

All that build a Pinterest, Instagram and Tumblr account will not going to help you if you want to go big on this and help your client with traffic. If you do manage to help him, he'll be very happy, and (maybe, if not SURELY) recommend your service to his friends and family. Ok, let me explain it to you.

You will need software (in this case a bot), Pinterest accounts (preferably old ones) and private (dedicated) proxy.

For the Pinterest bot, search on Google: "Pinterest bot" and you'll have a few options.

First of all, I want to let everybody know, I'm not affiliate with this software, I used it since 2013, and it never let me down. Now I can recommend you a Pinterest bot, it's called PinBlaster at $60 or $70 - you get to keep it for life, and it includes free updates.

Next thing is to go buy Pinterest accounts, my suggestion is to start small, with 15-20 accounts. I bet you can find places where to buy them.

Another important ingredient you will need is private proxies. Not shared ones. With 1 private proxy, only your using it, it's not "shared".

Once you have your bot, accounts, proxies; set them up, and use 1 account / 1 proxy. Never go greedy and use more than 1 account / proxy. It will take time to build up a following on Pinterest, but I have another tip for you, when using a bot, make 1 of your Pinterest account, a business account - this way you can add the website link of your client into the profile - and start following your followers followers, if you understand.

For the first time, you will not have followers. What you can do is go to Google and type in: "Top 10 Pinterest fashion accounts" and start following with your bot the followers of 1 top Pinterest (fashion) account.

I don't know about Instagram and Tumblr, but I heard they can be effective, but not as good as Pinterest. With Instagram and Tumblr, it's just the same as with Pinterest, as I explained to you.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Gabriel

You may need content related to fashion in order to promote your website. If you really want to get better rankings in search engines, then content on your website can bring you some success. You may need to do content marketing.

There are actually a lot of ways on how to drive traffic on your clients website. First you can create a facebook fan page, monitor it for awhile then afterwards let your clients do the handling and posting once people started liking it. You can do link building but the problem is someone need to take care of those forum discussion wherein you promote the website so that search engine won't remove them. Remember be careful on creating backlinks so that you won't be tagged as spam. It will take a lot of hardwork but for sure everything will pay off big time. Pinterest works, whenever your client introduce a new product use it and post some wonderful shots. Last but not the least make sure that the content that you will create will be fresh, and up on the latest trend since we are talking about fashion. You can also visit search engine land so that you will have an idea about basic SEO. Good luck! :ertery:
