Starting a Niche Youtube Site?

Hi everyone,

So I was thinking about starting a video community site for promoting videos where Youtubers come and discussing on related topics

I was wondering, do you think that niche video community sites can become successful? Obviously it would take a while to build up content and some members base. I am trying to do some market researchs and I invest much money into this idea.

Your comments would be appreciated.

Blogs are using this concept to attract facebook users virally. I don't see why it wouldn't work for you. Combined with a facebook group(s) and some FB PPC, it should produce good buzz if you choose trending videos and topics.
