I have 3 year experience in SEO, but i couldn't find trick for better ranking in Google search Result........Please Share your experience with me.

There are no tricks to better rankings.

High quality external links.
Good site structure with a well thought out internal linking plan.

You do those two things and you are fine.

3 year experience in SEO is not less, using tricks to get high rankings on google fast, is not a good way to go with. I would suggest you focus on quality content and quality backlinks on forums or blogs.

3 years you are living in this area. But you didn't try to apply any experiment ever? What a joke !

I will suggest you that, try to explore your knowledge in many places. If you have a budget, you can do it yourself. Hope After 2-3 month, you will get a feedback. Which feedback can help you to understand, what actually you need to do right now for ranking on SERPs. Besides, you can build relation with some good optimizer. Who can help you to share his/her knowledge.

There is no any trick for better ranking.
Except learning new tactics and then implementing them.
Try to write awesome articles which your readers can enjoy and then get some quality backlinks.
