I have seen someone said about masking affiliate links?
What is it and I wonder if its necessary?
Why do people mask the link?

Not sure what you mean...

Are you talking about blocking affiliate links from displaying when you browse websites, like a Ad blocker? If so, there are lots of apps/plugins for this.

Or do you mean how do remove the "Ads by Google" and other text that lets people know a link is a affiliate link. IF this is what you're trying to do, I do not suggest it as it is against the Google TOS.
