Where to put H1 html tag on your site?

I would like to know the best places to put H1 tag on my site, I heard, It's one of important factors in search engine optimization, isn't it?

Please share your advice.

H1 is a header tag and it would go around a title in a blog post. Header 1 = H1, Header 2 = H2, Header 3 = H3

If you are coding then the tag is
