Does Facebook likes plays vital role for SEO of a website for which a page on Facebook is created and is finally linked to the website ?

Short answer NO!!!! FB likes does not play any role for SEO and ranking on the SERPs...

Further getting fake likes will destroy your FB page as you will inhibit your ability to reach out organically to your audience... FB restricts your post reach at approx. 10-15%...

Facebook just helps promoting your brand and spreading word about it, informing people. If people find out about you on Facebook, like what they see and are interested in your products/services/blog they will definitely click on your link and see what else you have to say.

Facebook is a another way to increase the awareness of your brand and services+ live traffic come, when the traffic will come to your website then your ranking can also effect.

Facebook likes and SEO have no connection with each other. Facebook organic likes can drive your website visit but can not increase your rankings in SERP.

I don't think so. Cause Social Signals mean every single page social share, but not page like or something like that. A few days ago, MOZ released search engine ranking factors, If you are asking about social signal, hope you can get your answer from here

Yes I agree with you. Facebook likes gives more traffic. But if your website has the potential to woo customers from your facebook page to website naturally then gradually the ranking will also get increased.
