Best way to make your website "mobile friendly" or run well on all mobile devices is use RESPONSIVE design.

First, You need to choose a framework for your website. It will help your work faster.

Using CSS frameworks or existed WordPress template that included responsive are fastest ways to adapt a mobile friendly website.
