You can use a wordpress plugin to do that like SEO by Yoast. This will help you custom title, description and keywords on each page that you set by manual. In other words, wordpress get post title as title tag automatically thus it has got different title tags for different pages in a wordpress.
Maybe, your cms is getting error so it didn't show title tag exactly ?

Install all in one SEO plugin. Once you installed this plugin the SEO tags appear below the body content of pages or posts
