Because your questions gave short information, only ask review your website, I don't know what you want to improve your site, just visited your site, it looks good, more information on it but rankings are not good, seem you copied from other site so it has got no PR (pr0) and alexa only is 250K.
My advice is you need to promote on more forums, blogs, social networks..to increase traffic for your site.

no, this site is not copied actually it is only 6 month old site and no PR update during last 8 months.

But IP address in some blacklists, it can make troubles with mail sending.

Clean and tidy, easy to cruise around and navigate through. The comments will start coming, as you said, it's a new site and it has lots of growing, but only the type that time and updated content can give.
