Web hosting businesses need to be aware of legal and regulatory issues such as data privacy, intellectual property rights, and compliance with laws and regulations such as GDPR, DMCA, and copyright infringement. To address these issues, it's important to establish clear policies and procedures, work with legal professionals, and regularly review and audit systems. Prioritizing legal and regulatory compliance is crucial for protecting customers and the business.

I believe there are 2 major issues the Web Hosting industry faces regularly.
  1. IP Abuse
  2. Chargeback
  3. DMCA, Copyright and Scam activities

Previously we handled everything independently, but this year we outsourced all these issues to a different team.
