When you say "without investment", are you speaking of "Time Invested" as well? I classify both as being a huge investment. If you're speaking in more "Passive Income", that comes with:
1) TIME.
You have put in hard time to build your business (Website) in order for that to be accomplished. (reputation, organic traffic, etc)2) The right products/services.
You have to stay on top of the coming trends, and you have to be one of the FIRST few to get in the door. If you hop on the bandwagon too late, then it could turn out to be wayyyy over saturated to do anything with. 3) NEVER leave ALL your eggs in one basket.
Don't ever put all your hard work into one site or product/service. Expand your horizons 10 fold then scale it up. This way when one starts to decline, the others will help pick up the slack while you start something else. Put your variety of sites/businesses on different servers, just in case there's issues. You don't want to lose all of your revenue for several hours or days because there are server problems. It's the same for having different niches/sites. You don't want to lose money from having all of your sweat and tears solely on ONE site. Website issues happen, and when problems happen with one, your have others to fall back on.As far as this being a "reliable" source? Well....
No. It works the same as commission. Some days you'll get sales/orders, and others you won't get a damn thing, but if you stay on top of things by keeping yourself informed of changes and preparing for possible challenges, it evens itself out. However, if you fail to do this, and you take the term "Passive" literally by not putting forth any effort, then you will FAIL and won't succeed.
This is no easy job. There's times when you feel on top of the world... Then there's other times when you're scraping the bottom of the barrel...
But...
You know what?
I wouldn't change a thing!!
