I like style of your website, modern and clean but you should organize your boxes/layouts on website.

My ideas:
- Expand "What's going on in the community" align it to left of web page
- Move "Login to your account" to right sidebar, make it smaller
- redesign your footer to get better view
- move "back to top" like webmastersun.com doing
- make colors for hover for links in top menu

Just my thoughts, hope you will have a better design.
