I'm a Rookie in web design. Could someone tell how to make jQuery scrolling effect on my webpage?

Just show me some example or skills ...

Hi Mate,

Considering that you mentioned being a rookie. I would advice you to go with a pre-made script or a plugin to achieve this. Google it!
