You have control over when it comes to allow cookies in Google Chrome. All cookies are allowed by default, but you can adjust this setting. If cookies are blocked or placed on the page you are viewing, an icon will appear at the end of the address bar.
What are Cookies? Cookies are files created by websites you've visited to store browsing information, such as the optional web page or your profile information. There are two types of cookies: First-party cookies are set by the site domain listed in the address bar. Third-party cookies come from other domain sources that have items, such as ads or images, embedded on the page.
