Go with Adobe dreamweaver. It's easy to use for web designing and development. It has various features like syntax checking, syntax highlighting, code collapsing etc. It's available in various languages. So go with it.

Really, Dreamweaver in 2017? There are so many better alternatives out there that are lightweight and offer the same functionality, it's crazy that people still use Dreamweaver to this day. I personally use Brackets, it's open source meaning you can download a lot of useful plugins and you can even change the colors, background and fonts.

I guess dreamweaver is good when it comes in programming. Dreamweaver is good to use when building complex websites using HTML, Javascript, and server-side programming languages. It also have the features of syntax highlighting, code completion, and code collapsing. That's why Dreamweaver from adobe systems is much advisable to use as a tool when programming.
