Hey all,
My company have about 50 employees and 250 emails to use for different domains, but the problem is, emails sending to clients, used to spam box or mark as spam on their email. Do we need to use email hosting from other providers? we knew Google workspace (g suite) is good but its price is expensive, are there any solutions for this? please share your suggestions?

The problem is that email servers (hotmail, gmail, etc..) are not trusting the IP address of your email server or website. You can use a web host which is providing mailchannels or spamexperts outbound filtering. Or you can use an outside solution to send your emails, the cheapest solution for you is mxroute.com

Sending email campaigns to a list of subscribers is made possible via the use of an email service provider (ESP).
Email service providers (also known as email marketing service providers) are technological firms that make it simpler for users to create email lists and deliver emails. The popularity of email marketing has increased, and more email service providers have emerged to offer distinct services as the medium has grown in popularity.
At its most basic level, an email service provider (ESP) must perform two functions: store email addresses and deliver emails.
Consequently, it is critical that you make an informed decision about which email service provider to choose for your company.

You receive all of the functionality, reliability, and familiarity of Gmail with Google Workspace, but it's branded with your company's domain name. Employees will have the same user experience they've come to expect from consumer Gmail, allowing them to quickly move between their personal and business accounts.

You need to make sure you have the following DNS records properly setup for your domain...
Reverse DNS pointing
MX
DKIM
DMARC
SPF

Once all of the above are setup properly and you are sure that the IP your domain uses is not blacklisted, your mails should then properly land in the inbox of the reciever.

IMHO, this is the best simple answer. I used this method for my clients who have the same problem like you.
I only want to add one other sug, use dedicated ip for your hosting/mail server to make sure you are the only one who uses it. This can prevent your ip from being listed in blacklist because someone send spam using it.
As always, cmiiw :)
