I have to agree with this opinion, that's why I was confusing when chose hosting services from small web hosting companies. They can solve your all queries within few second and small hosting company have limited clients that's why they don't have customer care team
Sometimes that is true, but it all depends on the way that the big company has their support set up.Big hosting company have customer care team. They can solve your all queries within few second and small hosting company have limited clients that's why they don't have customer care team. They response each query within 24 hours.
The support is the most important. So it does now matter if the hosting company is big or small.
You can follow these points while you are choosing the best hosting company for you:
-Check the web host’s server uptime record
-Check if they offer multiple add-on domains
-Ask about the company’s refund policy.
-Find out what a basic contract offers.
-Check for specialty features.
-Always check the reviews
Oh yeah keep dreaming. So if support department cannot fix your issues in which you wait days to get a response, here is billing department that will fix on behalf of support department right? I wouln'd be suprised if someone nowadays will not mention that Bill Gates will jump to fix your issues even if you are with XY company.Big hosting companies are more expensive, but they have different departments, so if something breaks on your website, you can always get help from another department.
So which one will give better support? large hosting companies, right?Large companies usually have customer service available in a lot of areas, providing support in various languages. However, small hosting companies can't afford this many resources and are limited to a few or one language with limited but on-point customer support.

Absolutely, the difference in support between small and large web hosting companies is significant. Small hosting companies might lack a dedicated support team, leading to potential delays or limited support availability. On the other hand, larger hosting firms typically offer 24/7 support through dedicated teams, providing quicker responses and comprehensive assistance to address issues promptly. The availability and quality of support often become a crucial factor for users when choosing a web hosting service, as it directly impacts their website's uptime, maintenance, and overall user experience.Main difference is about support. Small web hosting companies may not have their own support team. But in large scale companies, they have their support team and it will be available by 24/7.
