cPanel for $7? How even it possible!

I was searching for cheap cPanel license for one of our VPS and I find a website from quora called cpanelcity.com. I just wondered how they provide cPanel at so cheap! They are providing unlimited cPanel accounts with the license. I just bought one for testing purpose and works like a charm. Also I got updates from cPanel. I have more than 250 cPanel and I didn't find any issue. So my question is how they provide a license at this price? As I know cPanel increased their price. I talked with their live chat and they called it shared license. I'm not really sure what it is. They have many other licenses like LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, WHMCS, Plesk and many more. I also tried their WHMCS license. They offer WHMCS Business licenses for $7 and my domain got verified on the WHMCS website. Please someone clear all of my questions.

I would ask cPanel and WHMCS support directly, how it' possible.

Would you care to test your licensed ip in: https://verify.cpanel.net/app/verify if said that you are authorized "which i doubt" then you are fine, if not then you are using cracked/nulled version which i would not recommend to anyone. At their FAQ are said above:

Can I remove cPanelCity license and replace it with a normal one?
Yes, Contact support to get the uninstall commands.

I’m currently using an original license, can I use your licenses from now on?
Of course, we will provide you with commands to activate your cPanelCity license on your server. It only takes a few minutes.
Needs to install cPanelCity script to activate the license.

What commands? I mean really? Are they messing up with ip spoofing to manipulate whm cpanel license system or what?! BTW nothing seems to be legit here really...

There's actually a discussion on another forum about this, and turns out this is a scam. Don't buy! The person who started this post is most likely just advertising the scam service - same as it happened on the other forum - a few posts with a link, and then they're gone. If I'm wrong, the OP can pitch in.

Today we got this offer (spam from a gmail address):

cPanel VPS ===> $1.35 USD Monthly
cPanel Dedicated ===> $2.70 USD Monthly

Don't fall for this scam! Remember if it seems too good to be true it probably is..

Yeah, such posts should be deleted and not allowed on a legit forum to prevent others from scammers. This is not hackforums at all!
