Absolutely agreed with Edward, don't just go by reviews but I would suggest going to the site, have a chat with the brand's account manager and support and understand what specifications you want for your VPS and how can you get it in the best deal.
Some VPS providers are known for certain plans like HostGator India is known for its Snappy VPS plans which are dev friendly and also allow them to host blogs for hobbyists and small/micro businesses. If best means cheap then that's is more of a reason to not go with that brand or the plan that they are giving you, so do keep a check on these things.
