What will you do if you own a dedicated server as below?
2xE5520 16GB 4× 240 GB Unmetered/10G 1IP

This can host around 10 websites with decent traffic. Also, it depends on this server is having SSD or HDD disk. I don't like use server without SSD.
What is the location of this server?

This can host far more than 10 websites, it depends what you mean by decent traffic. 2 CPU is a bit low but I would say that you can host 50 regular websites with it.

10G port doesn't mean you'll get 10gbps network speed. Many hosts advertise 10G port and 100TB/month. Which means you can (theoretically) get 10G connection to another server in the same dc. Which kind of makes it useless if you're not running a server cluster there.
