So with WordPress it's a bit trickier to use SEO as it doesn't come with a built in SEO Plugin the best SEO Plugin that can help your site better index on Search Engines is Yoast you can custom edit each post Title, Keywords, Meta Description. I have started using it in hopes to better my SEO searches as my site currently isn't very SEO Friendly.

I have seen many recommendation of Yoast SEO plugin lately, honestly we did not try yet it we are using All in One SEO plugin for our wordpress and it does the job very well. But, I am going to try Yoast soon and see what are the differences between these two plugins.
