I would like to buy one cloud hosting from these providers this week but not sure which provider is better. I used DigitalOcean in the past and it is pretty good but never tried AWS. Can any one suggest me?

well actually it depends on your requirements and the purpose as both cloud hosting providers has unique services and features which are used in certain conditions and again it should be affordable too.

In term of web interface, DigitalOcean dashboard is easy to use compared to AWS interface.
There are thousands of features and services available with AWS when DigitalOcean provide only the essential cloud hosting services (instances, storage, network), but in most of case, it's already enough.
Then there is the price, AWS is at least 2x more expensive than DO, and also bill bandwidth usage.

With DigitalOcean you know your expense budget, but with AWS there are hidden parameters like I/O, bandwidth where you cannot precisely estimate your monthly expenses.

neither for basic straight VPS usage as you'd be better off with something like Upcloud for performance - see my 13x VPS benchmarks at Upcloud vs DigitalOcean vs Linode vs Vultr vs Hetzner

as folks mentioned AWS bandwidth is expensive between US$90-250/TB depending on region the bandwidth outbound is destined for
