I installed Plesk but when I accessed it via port 8443, it is showing Not secure as following picture, how to a SSL Certificate or https for this IP address so that I will not get any alerts when logging into my web hosting control panel?

>> SSL is installed on the domain name not IP so accessing Plesk through IP and secured port 8443 throws warning if you don't want that warning you need to access Plesk using host name and you can secure the host name using SSL so no question of security warning.

It's not possible to obtain an SSL/TLS certificate for an IP address directly. SSL/TLS certificates are issued for domain names, not IP addresses. This is because SSL/TLS is designed to secure communication between a client and a server based on the domain name, and not just the IP address.

If you want to secure your website with an SSL/TLS certificate, you need to have a domain name associated with your website. You can then obtain an SSL/TLS certificate for that domain name.

Here are the steps you can follow to get an SSL/TLS certificate for your domain name:

Choose a Certificate Authority (CA): There are many trusted CAs that offer SSL/TLS certificates.

Generate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR): You need to generate a CSR on your web server, which contains information about your domain name and server. You can do this through your web hosting control panel or by using a command line tool like OpenSSL.

Submit your CSR to the CA: Once you have generated the CSR, you need to submit it to the CA of your choice. The CA will then verify your domain name and server information and issue the SSL/TLS certificate.

Install the SSL/TLS certificate on your web server: Once you receive the SSL/TLS certificate from the CA, you need to install it on your web server. The process for doing this varies depending on the web server you are using.

After installing the SSL/TLS certificate, you should be able to access your website securely using the domain name associated with the certificate.

Not an expert but review Cloudflare. Certificates are longer term and free plus extra security level for your site.
