Hello, Ender! If you asked me, I'd have to say that the most important part of advertising is your brand positioning and your product uniqueness. You're one in a million if you sell regular VPS on regular hardware, you have a common control panel which you've bought (smth. like whmcs or hostbill), you have ordinary functionality and one or two server locations. Your only competitive advantages will be price (the main thing), uptime and support service quality. Almost all paid advertising channels will be not paid off, I assume. There are forums, social networks community development and other unpaid advertising channels which can help you. It only works if you support a community, answer forums questions and make social networks communications methodically, professionally and if you use also other marketing mechanics. A completely different story begins with your own software development, integration of exclusive control panel made by your developers, API for developers, unique functionality, new hardware, and new technologies. If you have a unique product or one of a few at least, you can use paid advertising channels and get some good results from your target audience. Be unique in your field. Show your best on service. Good luck!
