I never recommend startups to go for cheapest hosting even if they have budget constraints. In fact, I advise them to go for Managed Cloud Hosting if they are worried about their budget because at the end it always proves out to be a cost-effective solution.

You should not worry about cheap hosting if their services are quality then its still worth for using. I used both cheap and expensive hosting services and realized that the quality of service and support is important, not price.
