Saltstack vs Ansible ?

I use Ansible for two years now, and because it's the most popular tool to automate server configuration, it's pretty easy to find pre-made playbooks and to adapt them.
But I haven't tried SaltStack and I do not think a lot of people will be able to compare them properly, because both of them require to read the documentation several time to understand deployment process. And when it take few hours to write a playbook, you do not want to have to do the same another time.
