MRTG vs Cacti?

Hi everyone,
I am planning to add Server/Bandwidth monitoring as part of the customer portal on a dedicated server.
I would appreciate your thoughts on MRTG or Cacti, which one is better monitoring option?

Hello OnaDavney,
I haven't used MRTG or Cacti, but I use librenms because the interface is real better than Cacti, and it include several modules/extensions including a billing system.
