Last I checked you need to meet certain requirements to become a WorldPay merchant. But maybe you meet the requirements? If so then I recommend them.

Although they are true of Peru.

But they accept all the cards, they have APi to connect it with whmcs easily

Where in the world are you located?
I am using Stripe for 6 months now and their solution is the best. 2Checkout we had very bad experience with them. Stripe prices are very good as well.

I will say PayPal, they offer credit/debit card payments without registering an account. Works for quite a few countrys.

Otherwise 2Checkout is quite a solid and secure option, they offer some fraud preventing measures.

You can use PayPal if its allowed in your Country.
If you search for other option 2checkout is best for now.

Stripe is good. However, I think using a merchant account is probably best, it gives you the most control. WorldPay is a decent choice for that, however some banks will supply you with some kind of payment gateway now very cheaply.

Paypal supports both credit & debit card. I use paypal, Stripe is not working in india.

2Checkout is definitely a solid option. I've used it for about six months now, and it's worked well for us.
You can get weekly payouts via Payoneer.
