i wounder why we looking for a new webhosting companies while there is planet of big web hosting company

i see the web hosting business being so bored and the market not even good , why !!

be-cause there is so many companies that work since 10+ + years on this type of business . .

but still now which the better webhost , for me , and i still looking for a good company

confused between many company

hostgator + siteground + inmotionhosting + dreamhost(dreampress) those are huge company

namehero < this is new one with really nice feature and even they provide a cloudflare railgun (200$) for free cloud hosting + ssd

why the bigger company not even add such feature ?!

hostgator was taken over by EIG .. many good brands you are talking about such bluehost , arvixe , bigrock etc.. were taken over by EIG group and the quality of service and the support has been issues since then . Adding a new feature for any bigger hosting organization is going to be actual headache as many of them still have not updated their servers to latest version of OS etc... updating may cause downtime and these companies simply dont want to get in such trouble.

New web hosting companies will normally do more to secure your custom and are also normally innovative. They have to be, to pull customers away from the major players.

Remember when you're buying from a small business you're not lining the pockets of a rich CEO.

I noticed that Railgun is available on Namehero's lower end plans. And it works only with Cloudflare CDN plans when not using cache. Do you really need it?

Its nothing to do with big or small company ..its about research and your requirements. Just note few point that are important for you. If old companies have few drawback they have plus point of being in business for so many years. For new companies you can never guarantee how long they stay, so while search for new provider take a track record how its progressing and then proceed. you will have to find a balance between your requirement , budget , support , uptime and Company values. that should help you find the provider of your needs.

In business, Vision is very important and providing new features is only possible if we are upto date and having vision. In big brands, its not easily possible to implement new features, but possible for small organizations, hence why small companies provide better features that big brands.
