Can you guys recommend me what is the best EMP Stack for my Linux? can it allow me to add websites and make them online like I have a paid hosting such as cpanel, plesk..etc

Are you sure about your question? Because LEMP means Linux - Nginx - MySQL - PHP. And yes it will allow you to host websites however all configurations will be done through command line.
