What kind of web hosting should I use to run web tools which I bought from websites and now reading their documents to install on my hosting. I have just bought a cPanel shared hosting but i am not sure it can accommodate requests from web tools when many visitors make queries on them. Web tools don't like websites, they are pretty weight and I doubt they can make my web hosting crash.

Here's functions about web tools I told you.

I dont think your web host will allow you to run such tools on their hosting , I would suggest you to ask and confirm with your web host first. Having these tools hosted on a VPS to start with will be good option I guess.

You should be able to do a lot of that on a shared hosting account. For example, a few of the items like user's OS, browser, etc can be found in any web stats app. Things like pijng, whois and dns queries can be done with php scripts. But I don't know of a single web app that bundles all those tools

I would suggest to take a VPS in order to run this website tools website the reason is the shared hosting providers do not allow traffic on the ports required to run the services that you have mentioned , hence having your own VPS makes you customize the things as per your requirements and to be able to run the services.

Why they don't want to run these such tools? reasons?

I have run a same tool on a VPS and sometimes it was overload by there are too many queries from users. I suppose if I use a VPS for these tools, I need a stronger VPS with more RAM or CPUs.

What type of VPS can handle queries on these tools? what specs do you recommend?

Yes VPS or dedicated server will offer root access to installed customized modules you wish to install , which at times shared web hosting server rules might not allow you.

Shared hosting will not allow you to install any custom application which requires root access.
Most shared hosting providers will provide you access to auto installer and using auto installer you will be able to install Blogs, CMS, Froum, e-commerce, ERP, etc...

To run 3rd party web tools requires root access to the servers and this is not possible in shared hosting but can be accommodated on VPS or dedicated servers. Thus it will be advisable to sign at least for a VPS hosting plan.
