Do you use a third party support service? to cover 24 hours a day 7 days a week or do you only have live support certain hours?
								I personally don't like third party support services. I think it is important to have people on a dedicated team that fully understand your product and service culture. Obviously many companies can't afford to hire full time employees but I think quality over quantity always prevails for support.Do you use a third party support service? to cover 24 hours a day 7 days a week or do you only have live support certain hours?
