Hello everyone,
Have you tested some things with Litespeeds WP cache and WP Super-cache for your blogs? and what are the results? which one is better?
as I know then Litespeeds cache plugin for Wordpress can give us a large performance improvement over others. So it can consider as the #1 Wordpress Cache plugin? What about WP Super-Cache? I could not know which cache plugin is number one and much better!

Litespeeds cache plugins should only be used if you have a web hosting with litespeed web server. If not it doesn't do anything.
WP-Super Cache is not bad at all but it only make page static to have less requests to MySQL.

You should look to a simple plugin like Autoptimize which only combine and minify you assets (css & js) and make a cache for them.
Caching a complete page have in most of case not a real impact on loading speed.

I'm w3total cache user and I was try wp-super cache but I didn't successfully mage him.

I found out that w3total isn't compatible with php7, found some solution to make him workable on php7 but didn't test it yet.
Search, read and test is best way to find out what is best caching plugin.

WordPress and all plugins compatible with the last release are fully compatible with php7.
But W3TC include some advanced caching like memcached or APC and it require to activate or install the php extension.

Anyway caching should be required only if you have a huge amount of traffic and you need to reduce mysql queries amount. MySQL is the first software to make a server crash.
But if you find your website loading is not fast enough, making cache will not have a real impact on speed.
