I have set up DNS records for my sites in WHM and added ns1, ns2 in my domain control panel

After 1 hour, DNS is udpated but I checked with ping command, it showed different IPs for www and non-www

for example, www is pointing to old IP address, non-www is pointing to new IP addresses.

Has anyone ever faced this problem? where can I find the problem to fix?

Nothing really to add here. Check your DNS zone data and just create a CNAME for yourdomain.com (it's just a alias)

for example:

Yourdomain.com IN A (your IP)
WWW IN CNAME yourdomain.com

Or just create two A records for www. and non www. pointing at the correct IP's.

Thanks for supporting me!

I could solve the problem, to be honest I made an mistake!

I moved to a new VPS and still keeping old account from old VPS, I terminated an account for that website in WHM on old VPS

Also my PC has cached DNS and it's reason why I was seeing the website on old VPS.

I ran this command

ipconfig /flushdns
and used a "new incognito window" in Chrome to view my site then it is updated and the problem is fixed!
