How can I limit which icons appear in cPanel?

In my cPanel I want to disable or enable icons inside of each account's cPanel that I created from WHM. How can I do this and it will decrease background processes in cPanel on my hosting?

Go to the feature manager which is under packages and create a package which is where you can select which icons you want to show.
then go to your package, and scroll down until you see feature list, now just select the feature list you just created and save it.

I am not sure how you would do this on account bases but above is how you would do it on package bases. I suppose you could create packages for separate accounts.

This is depends if those features are running background process which I would say most do but imo the resource gain would be minimal. :think:

Yes it does but it also reduces the fee you have to pay to cPanel to use it software.
Optimised cPanel is primary used on VPS hosted machines if i'm not mistaken.

Go to feature manager, create a feature.
During package creation select the feature you have just created. That's it.

I recommend do not enable Auto backup feature . That takes a lot of resources.
