Recent weeks I contacted m3server.com but I don't know about their web hosting service, they said they have got their own cpanel and good price but I don't see livechat on their site.
We are familiar to cPanel and using Arvixe for the package $92/mo but their service are going down hence looking for new hostings from offers on this forum.

You better go with Non EIG brands like Softlayer, Liquidweb, Kinsta etc.. for better performance and superior customer support.

Any questions about M3Server I would be happy to answer. We have been doing this since 1996.

Liked offers on your website but the problem is you didn't have cPanel for packages, We used cPanel for more years thus feel difficult or differences if use other web control panels.

Are there any advantages of your web control panel over cPanel or Directadmin?

Our server control panel is 100% designed in house. We have built it over the years based on what our clients have asked be added to it, while keeping it simple to use. All our plans are fully managed, so if you can't do it with the control panel, we are here to assist as needed.

One big advantage is no additional fee for the license passed on to you the client.

If you just have to use CPanel all of our shared plans come with CPanel or you can add CPanel to any VPS/Dedicated plan for an additional license fee.

In the end we do our best to provide what our clients want.

Is Livechat a make or break issue? Typically, it's best to enter a ticket via a provider's support system anyway.

Live chat is still beneficial. Not all issues can be resolved during a live chat session, but it is great (for the customer and the host) to be able to resolve simple issues immediately, and to have a actual chat secession, rather then only tickets where some things can get confused, and it take time to hear back from either side.

Doing business online is a thing that you can not wait or be interrupted and it needs to be solved immediately as possible or you will lose your customers. We deal with customers regularly and it is the reason why it should not be interrupted by hosting problems and need the support fastest - livechat.

livechat sure this can be a nice feature if it is used properly. Just to advertise a livechat on your website doesn't mean much if it takes an hour to get a response when someone clicks on it. Compare that to a ticket system getting worked and replied to almost instantly. But yes I understand the need to speak with someone now when an issue arises, that is why I give my Skype out to clients. Reach me day or night.

Wow, that's dedication! How many hosting companies/services can say that? Great to hear that you're willing to provide that personal touch to your service!

Skype support? it is a good alternative to livechat. I don't see any hostings are providing kind of support.

What will get fast answer from your team, livechat, skype or live support?

I didn't heard about this provider before, maybe I will have a check on their services.
