After restarting my VPS I felt my websites run smoothly. Do you guys restart your VPS in schedule or when it has problems?

I have 3 GB of RAM but I didn't see any options in web control panel to see how much RAM I am using. are there any ways to check it by SSH commands? If everything is setup and configured correctly, and you have adequate resources, you shouldn't need to restart your VPS.
Take a look at how much RAM you have available. You may be running low and using swap RAM, hence why it runs better after a restart (which dumps everything out of RAM)
Are you wanting to talk about RAM or which resources should I check?Yes you should definitely look your resources over. Unless your still using a windows server from 1995 there is no reason to restart unless you are doing an update that requires it. If things run better after a restart then there is an issue going on you need to get corrected.
